Amentum is immediately hiring qualified Aviation Structural Mechanics in support of U.S. Navy Aviation maintenance operations at NAS Oceana Virginia Beach, VA.

Inspects, trains other personnel and performs organizational, intermediate and depot level electronic maintenance/modification on contract units, subsystems and other weapon system components and support equipment. Advises other team members and solves unusual electronics problems by analysis and tests on missile, airframes, engines, flight control systems, electronic, and electrical systems.

The Aircraft Worker performs pre/post-operational checks, fueling and operation of support equipment, to include conditional/scheduled inspections and periodic maintenance.

The UH-60 Army Aircraft Mechanic AM-I (UH-60 - Union CBA JBLM)- troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls, anti-icing, pneudraulic, engines, auxiliary power unit, and ventilation and heating systems. 

Aircraft Mechanic III**Pending Contract Award**Troubleshoots malfunctions in various aircraft systems and performs general mechanical maintenance of the assigned aircraft. Services, repairs, and overhauls aircraft and aircraft engines to ensure airworthiness.

The UH-60 Aircraft Mechanic AM-I (UH-60) troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls, anti-icing, pneudraulic, engines, auxiliary power unit, and ventilation and heating systems.
