The Staff Engineer – Preliminary Design Mechanical leads mechanical development for early engine designs within the Preliminary Design organization. This role incorporates creation of technical analysis necessary to build preliminary engine feasiblity, cross-sections, weight, and mechanical trade studies.

Drives initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the Engineering function and interfaces with other functions to provide effective coordination of metrics, dashboards, functional processes, and cross-functional initiative coordination. Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working.

Join our team as an Electronics Technician, where youll test, troubleshoot, and improve advanced electronic products using specialized equipment and schematics. Youll collaborate with and mentor teammates, recommend process improvements, and ensure quality standards are met while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, installation, fabrication, troubleshooting, analysis of heat treatment furnaces, computer systems, and calibration (not controlled by QA) of plant equipment and facilities.
