Plans, lays out, fabricates, assembles, installs, and repairs both internal and external aircraft structures and surfaces for aircraft modification in accordance with technical manuals, engineering drawings, and FAA regulations. Heavy structural repair on F-16 Fighter Aircraft, must have MOD, MMRO, or heavy structural experience.
This hands-on position is responsible for effectively troubleshooting and repairing with very little supervision all Avionics and Electrical equipment in a safe, efficient and high quality manner in order to achieve total customer satisfaction as measured by three customer success drivers: the product was delivered ldquo;on time, on budget and squawk free.rdquo;

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Sheetmetal Technician II works under general supervision to safely layout, fabricate, and install parts, equipment and fabricated items on aircraft following established operating procedures. All work performed should be in accordance with company design specifications, quality standards and completed work should meet customer expectations.
