Description:
- Lead and supervise engine technicians in the inspection, repair, overhaul, and testing of Pratt Whitney PT6 and other turbine engines
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring work is performed accurately and efficiently
- Oversee compliance with FAA regulations, safety protocols, and company policies
- Coordinate workflow, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet deadlines and production goals
- Perform hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs as needed
- Review and approve maintenance records and ensure proper documentation of all work performed
- Collaborate with management on staffing, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- The Lead A P must have extensive experience (5+ years) hands on - Pratt Whitney PT6 engines.
- Active A P License is required
- For this project, candidates must be a US Citizen.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in an engine maintenance environment
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, manufacturer manuals, and industry standards
- Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
