About YOUAs a successful candidate, not only will you ensure the safety of maintenance employees and workspaces, but also provide safe, reliable, on-time, airworthy aircraft in support of customer requirements. You will provide leadership for subordinates by establishing, assigning, prioritizing and tracking maintenance goals, objectives and standards; assists subordinates with coordination of personnel and equipment task assignments to ensure goals and objectives are met. You will create and manage performance improvement plans for maintenance personnel. As well as assign work that needs to be accomplished effectively and efficiently. Able to complete paperwork properly and promptly after service completion and provide quality workmanship, a clean and safe work environment. You will be successful by promoting teamwork and cooperation with all co-workers and practice safety for self and others. To also be successful as a Lead MX Tech, you will operate and supervise the use of special support equipment used in removal and installations of major components, and any other duties as assigned.   • Flexible work schedule required including shift, weekend, and holidays (essential requirement)
  • Violation free AP License required (essential requirement)
  • Valid Drivers License (essential requirement)
  • Able to work indoors and outdoors (essential requirement)
  • Intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching and prolonged periods of sitting (essential requirement)
  • Able to occasionally lift 75 pounds (essential requirement)
  • Able to work at heights in excess of 10 feet (essential requirement)
  • Able to travel to other locations to perform maintenance (essential requirement)
  • Possess Current Passport (essential requirement)
  • Must have own tools necessary for job (essential requirement)
  • Participate in initial and random drug and alcohol screenings in accordance with DOT and FAA guidelines (essential requirement)

Pay PerksCompensation range for this position is $46.00/hr to $49.00/hr. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation. Most qualified Candidates will receive an offer near the starting point of our compensation range.
