We employ over 450 highly skilled, passionate and enthusiastic employees.As part of our growth (RAMP UP) in LEAP engines, we are looking for a Maintenance technician to strengthen our teams.Your role:The Maintenance Technician resolves technical issues to ensure that machines, tools, and the building remain operational at all times, while guaranteeing the safety of users.•tRepairing machines and equipment in the workshop by identifying defects, diagnosing issues, and finding solutions;•tMaintaining and repairing tools used for aircraft engine maintenance in accordance with the manufacturers instructions, and adapting them if necessary based on internal guidelines;•tRegularly inspecting and scheduling maintenance for machines and tools, including the preparation and approval of precision instruments;•tCarrying out basic repairs on building installations, such as electricity, plumbing, heating, and painting;•tPerforming certain administrative tasks, such as preparing work requests;•tGuiding and supporting subcontractors on the shop floor;•tReporting to the Maintenance Manager on completed repairs, maintenance activities, and incidents.

Requirements: 

Your profile:•\tAt least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a production environment;•\tBasic knowledge of PLC systems;•\tStrong electrical skills;•\tPositive attitude, flexibility, and ability to adapt quickly;•\tWillingness to investigate issues thoroughly and a strong ‘can-do' mindset;•\tExperience with AutoCAD for drafting, reading, and editing is a strong plus;•\tAt minimum, a high school diploma in an electrical or mechanical field;•\tGood communication skills in Dutch or French, with a basic knowledge of English;•\tDay shifts with flexible working hours.Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Belgium, holding either an EU passport or a valid work residence permit.
