Millennium International Avionics Expands and Moves Headquarters to Larger Facility

Millennium International Avionics moves its main headquarters to a larger facility to accommodate its growing customer base along with new value-added repairs, including CRT to LCD conversions and engineering solutions for obsolete LCD products for cockpit use. Millennium International Avionics serves corporate operators, end users, airlines, and avionics and airframe OEMs around the world.

The new building, still centrally located in Lee’s Summit, MI, is a 14,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility, updated with anti-static floors as well as humidity- and environmentally-controlled spaces with UV and HEPA filtration. A Class 100 cleanroom provides the highest-quality surroundings for the specialized equipment being repaired. All this in addition to over 10,000 square feet of retained warehouse space, following the transition to the new facility.

Millennium occupied its previous location for over 20 years and is currently celebrating 24 years of innovative avionics support worldwide to over 1500 customers, from midsized turbine to commercial air transport and military. Millennium has been awarded the Boeing Gold Supplier for nine consecutive years, while also receiving several engineering innovation awards for ongoing support in LCD interface solutions.

“We have had many interfacility expansions over the years and simply outgrew our existing space,” says Claude Peoples, senior vice president, Millennium International Avionics. “We are excited to continue to deliver innovative and stellar service to our customers, while having the ability to bring on additional projects, staff and great workplace-environment improvements, benefiting both the customers and our staff.”
