MRO Insider Onboards Talent Matchmaker Sarah Parlari
MRO Insider announces that the company has added Sarah Parlari as director of Talent Acquisition. The new role within the company will focus on talent placement using a consultative approach with a foundation in partnership. Parlari will assist providers in addressing issues such as hiring, retention, and engagement, as well as helping companies attract the right type of talent. She will also be available to partner with leadership to ensure longevity of their workforce.
Individuals looking for career placement will experience a “match-making” process — the objective being to find the right placement, not just for the company but for the job seeker as well.
