NATA Congratulates Captain Billy Nolen on His Appointment as FAA Associate Administrator for Aviation Safety

The National Air Transportation Association releases a statement on the Federal Aviation Administration’s selection of Captain Billy Nolen to head the agency’s aviation safety organization.
