NBAA Announces Recipients of 2025 Leadership Conference Scholarship

The National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) announces that the association’s Business Aviation Management Committee has selected three individuals as recipients of its 2025 Leadership Conference Scholarship. The Leadership Conference is designed for current and future leaders in all facets of the business-aviation industry, from aircraft operators to vendors who provide products and services within the industry.

Each scholarship covers the cost of registration associated with attendance at the 2025 NBAA Leadership Conference. The scholarship is sponsored in 2025 by donations from committee members and members of the business-aviation industry. The winners will be recognized during the conference by the Business Aviation Management Committee. Thanks goes to The Air Comp Calculator for the generous support of this program.

The 2025 Leadership Conference recipients are:

  • Alyssa Bourke — quality assurance manager at Advanced Helicopter Services, Woodland, CA
  • Matthew Olafsen — captain at Johnsonville Flight Department, Orlando, FL
  • Imana Carrazco — supervisor, client experience, at FlightSafety International, Dallas, TX
