Our team members are motivated individuals that do remarkable things every day!Position Summary:AAA United States, Inc. has partnered with a company in Jupiter, Florida that is a leading aftermarket service provider for multi-platform OEM gas turbine power plants worldwide.The NDT / X-Ray Inspector is responsible for performing non-destructive testing (NDT) using radiography and other approved inspection methods to detect structural flaws, discontinuities, or defects in materials, components, and welds.Essential Functions:
- Perform X-Ray inspections of components and assemblies in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- Conduct additional NDT inspections, including FPI and other approved methods as required.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine inspection requirements.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation in compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Identify and report defects or non-conformances, collaborating with the engineering or production teams for resolution.
- Follow all safety procedures and radiation protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to inspection processes.
Requirements
- Florida IRRSP certification required
- X-Ray Level 2 certification minimum
- Experience in NDT methods including FPI, MPI, UT, or equivalent preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and reliability
- Knowledge of safety and radiation protocols
