Job Title: Avionics TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking skilled Avionics Technicians to join our dedicated team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This full-service helicopter facility, based in Northern California, operates around the clock, providing global service and support. As a key member of our team, you will engage in a wide range of duties including scheduled and unscheduled inspections, performing basic soldering, harness build-up, and installation, as well as isolating and repairing avionics systems malfunctions. Your role is vital in maintaining records in compliance with FAA and company requirements and meeting customer expectations. The position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with opportunities for overtime, and a path to transition from a 6-month contract to a full-time employee based on attendance, performance, and meeting expectations.Hard Skills

  • A P valid license
  • Airframe and powerplant license
  • Experience installing harnesses
  • Avionics system installation
  • Avionics troubleshooting on aircraft

Job TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Woodland, California.Work EnvironmentThe work environment is primarily based in a hangar and on the runway. Our close-knit team of approximately 15 mechanics values a strong family-like atmosphere, with team work events to foster camaraderie. Candidates who are open to relocation will find a supportive environment, with a relocation package considered on a case-by-case basis. Furthermore, per diem is available for those who qualify.
