A&P Mechanic
A&P Mechanic Houston, TX 6-month contract-to-hire**If interested, please apply or call Danielle at 3 1 6 4 4 8 4 4 8 9**We are seeking a skilled A&P Mechanic with experience in Boeing and Airbus aircraft maintenance. The ideal candidate will hold an A&P license and possess at least 5 years of relevant experience.Responsibilities
- Perform line maintenance, both on-call and scheduled, on various customers aircraft.
- Conduct routine maintenance and airworthiness releases within the scope of approval to return aircraft to service.
- Service, inspect, and maintain aircraft, engines, and associated components, ensuring all work meets deadlines and performance goals.
- Troubleshoot systems, disassemble, repair, and reassemble sections and components to maintain full functioning equipment according to approved technical data provided by the customer.
- Ensure all departing aircraft are safe according to FARs and the air carrier/manufacturer manuals, ensuring all work performed is properly documented.
- Perform line maintenance duties, activities, and maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Collaborate and communicate with the air carriers maintenance control center as required.
Essential Skills
- A&P license
- At least 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance
- Experience with Airbus aircraft, specifically A330, A300, A310, and A350
