Promise to Perform Industries, Inc., announces it acquired substantially all the assets of Transol Corporation on Oct. 29, 2021. The acquisition includes all of Transol Corporation’s subsidiaries, including Spanco, Inc.; Rigid Lifelines, Inc.; and Lug-All Corporation — American manufacturers of overhead material-handling systems, fall protection systems, and manual cable and web-strap come-along ratchet winch hoists, respectively.

Constant Aviation announces it has become the first independent maintenance, repair and overhaul business (MRO) to receive SMS Level 4 certification from WYVERN Ltd., a recognized leader in aviation safety risk management and training. The rating is specific to MRO safety management systems (SMS). Level 4-rated MROs have a fully effective SMS.

Constant Aviation announces it has added three new locations to its nationwide AOG (aircraft on ground) mobile response network. Effective immediately, teams will deploy from Van Nuys, CA; Bedford, MA; and Sugarland, TX, bringing to 27 the number of locations within the U.S. where AOG teams are based, a 28 percent growth in locations since 2020.
