Eve Air Mobility ("Eve") (NYSE: EVEX; EVEXW) selects BETA Technologies ("BETA") (NYSE: BETA) to supply electric pusher motors for its conforming prototypes and production aircraft. The agreement represents a potential 10-year opportunity for BETA of up to $1 billion and reinforces Eve’s commitment to proven technologies and dedication to exceeding mission requirements.

On these dates, the FAA will host a series of online safety seminars targeted at aircraft maintenance technicians and other repair station personnel. EMB505 operators may now install higher-capacity Concorde batteries in the Phenom 300 with FAA-approved STC SA00959DE and EASA ESTC 10072168 Rev. 1. These new STCs provide for an option between an RG-390E 28Ah or RG-390E/30 30Ah auxiliary battery and an RG-380E/44 42Ah, RG-380E/60L 48Ah or RG-380E/53L 53Ah main starting battery, permitting operators the option to cater battery capacities to unique operational requirements for optimized performance.

Gulfstream G350 and G450 operators now have a second battery option available by using Concorde STC ST00890DE. The FAA STC approves installation of Concorde’s Platinum Series® RG-380E/46L sealed lead-acid batteries in place of original equipment lead-acid batteries.

Concorde Battery Corporation presents FAA STC SA00944DE for installation of higher-capacity sealed lead-acid batteries, the RG-380E/60L (24V, 48Ah) or RG-380E/53L (24V, 53Ah), in place of the original equipment lead-acid or nickel-cadmium battery on Textron Aviation’s 525C.

Jet Aviation announces it has received International Standard for Business Aircraft Handling (IS-BAH) Stage 1 Registration from the International Business Aviation Council (IBAC) for its Amsterdam and Rotterdam FBOs in The Netherlands. It intends to achieve IS-BAH Stage 2 Registration for both FBOs by December 2021.

Training magazine today announced that its 2020 annual Conference and Expo is going to have an enhanced focus on trainers in the aviation industry.

The initiative will be applicable across the aviation industry, including airlines, corporate flight departments and support companies such as fuel providers.

Duncan Aviation announces that Todd Shriner has been named a technical representative for Bombardier products.
