VSE Corporation (“VSE”) (NASDAQ: VSEC), a provider of aviation aftermarket distribution and repair services, announces that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Precision Aviation Group, Inc. (“PAG”), a portfolio company of GenNx360 Capital Partners (“GenNx”), for total upfront consideration of approximately $2.025 billion in cash and equity.

Advent Aircraft Systems successfully completes FAA flight testing of its eABS anti-skid braking system for the PC-12 series. Once the STC is issued, it will mark the first time an anti-skid system will be available for the aircraft. The Advent eABS is currently certified for the Eclipse EA500/550, King Air B300, Textron Aviation Defense T-6B/C, with the King Air B200 pending.

In addition, national accreditation was also awarded to LRQA by COFRAC in France, ENAC in Spain, and ANAB in the USA.
