As I'm writing this, it's the end of day two at NBAA-BACE 2025 in Las Vegas. The D.O.M. magazine team has had a busy two days with lots of conversations at our booth, plenty of press conferences and seminars, and walking the show floor looking for new products and services for aircraft maintenance professionals.

FlightSafety International’s new FlightBag application is receiving outstanding customer reviews. StandardAero Business Aviation announces it recently surpassed more than 19,000 Honeywell TFE731 turbofan engine core zone inspections (CZIs) and major periodic inspections (MPIs) since first servicing the engine nearly 40 years ago.  In addition to the heavy-maintenance services, the company has also responded to more than 5,000 customer requests for mobile services and performed thousands of other services on TFE731 engines.

Global aeronautical communications provider Satcom Direct (SD) announces it has agreed to acquire TrueNorth Avionics, a company based in Ottawa, Canada, that offers the latest technology in cabin communications solutions.
