West Star Aviation announces Eric Bollman has been promoted to Avionics team lead at its East Alton, IL, (ALN) facility. Bollman has been with West Star since 2015, being promoted through the years and previously working as an operations manager for Eco Systems. He will be responsible for all Falcon avionics projects at ALN.

Cutter Aviation announces the appointment of Matthew Olguin to general manager of its oldest FBO in Albuquerque, NM. Olguin joined the Cutter Aviation team in 2008 as a line technician where he learned the day-to-day operational aspects of running an FBO, including fuel management, customer service and more.
