Flying Colours Corp Completes First Pro Line 21 Advanced Installation

The avionics team of Flying Colours Corp., a North American MRO business, completes its first installation of a Rockwell Collins Pro Line 21™ Advanced avionics suite for the flight deck of a Bombardier Challenger 300.  The fitting of the state-of-the-art cockpit upgrade was carried out in conjunction with a scheduled heavy maintenance check at the Flying Colours Corp. KSUS, St. Louis, MO, facility. The aircraft was returned to the private customer on time and on budget.

Advance purchase admission tickets and camping credentials are now available for the 66th annual EAA AirVenture Oshkosh fly-in, providing greater convenience for those traveling to the “World’s Greatest Aviation Celebration.” The week-long event will be held July 23-29, 2017 at Wittman Regional Airport in Oshkosh, WI.

Vector Aerospace Corporation (www.vectoraerospace.com), a global independent provider of aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services, receives renewal of its Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO) certificate approval from the Republic of the Union of Myanmar’s Department of Civil Aviation. Av8 MRO announces its expansion of service capabilities on Hawker aircraft by providing TKS panel repair and overhaul in-house. With a combination of existing OEM repairs and newly developed DER repairs, Av8 MRO is able to both repair and overhaul Hawker 125 series TKS panels. All TKS panels can be either repaired or exchanged for overhauled units, including dented panels.
