Gogo (NASDAQ: GOGO) announces that the Gogo Galileo HDX terminal has received Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) supplemental type certification (STC) approvals for the Dassault Falcon 2000 aircraft family. Dassault Falcon Jet in Little Rock, AR, worked closely with Gogo to obtain the STC modification, which is now available for installation from Dassault Falcon Jet and its Authorized Service Center (ASC) network.

StandardAero announces it has appointed Lewis Prebble as president of the company’s Airlines & Fleets division. Prebble most recently served at Rolls-Royce as senior vice president for the Americas, where he led the company’s $1 billion airline-facing jet-engine business and was responsible for delivering comprehensive end-to-end customer services over the entire engine-product lifecycle.

With four different jaw-size widths, the new WV1700 Series vises from Snap-on Industrial are a perfect addition to any work bench in the aviation, wind power, natural resources or manufacturing industries. The vises come with features that make them durable for demanding applications, including an oversized anvil that provides a larger surface designed to take a beating in forming and shaping materials.

C&L Aerospace, a C&L Aviation Group company, signs a contract with Hokkaido Air System (HAC) to purchase the regional airline’s three (3) Saab 340B aircraft. The company will be taking delivery between April 2021 and January 2022. The agreement marks the first Saab purchase for C&L since the conclusion of its ten (10) aircraft deal with Japan Air Commuter in early 2021.

Duncan Aviation announces the delivery of the 100th pair of Aviation Partners, Inc. (API) blended winglets installed on a Dassault Falcon aircraft. On March 30, Two Bear Management’s Falcon 900EX took off from Duncan Aviation's Lincoln, NE, MRO facility sporting the highly visible technology. Improved fuel efficiency and a smoother ride are only a couple of the many reasons the company chose winglets.

Concorde Battery Corporation announces that it has trained more than 2,500 airmen so far this year with its new Virtual IA Renewal Series. Rather than cancel Concorde’s IA recurrent training events in 2021 due to the pandemic, Concorde has pivoted and created Concorde’s Virtual IA Renewal Series that provides the opportunity for airmen to complete the training necessary to renew their IA certificate through virtual classes provided free of charge.

CORRIDOR, a Next Gen Aviation Service Center cloud-based software solution, announces the addition of new integration capabilities, including CAMP CONNECT, Microsoft Office 365 Email, and the ILS Bridge for CORRIDOR, in addition to the new Warehouse and Receiving functionality for its CORRIDOR Go mobility suite.
