Elliott Aviation announces the delivery of its first 48-month inspection on a Challenger 604 at its headquarters in Moline, IL. The aircraft was also delivered with interior and avionics, on time and on budget. The company currently has another Challenger 604 in work for a 7,800-cycle inspection.
