Gogo (NASDAQ: GOGO) announces that the Gogo Galileo HDX terminal has received Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) supplemental type certification (STC) approvals for the Dassault Falcon 2000 aircraft family. Dassault Falcon Jet in Little Rock, AR, worked closely with Gogo to obtain the STC modification, which is now available for installation from Dassault Falcon Jet and its Authorized Service Center (ASC) network.

Wichita Aero Club announces it will inaugurate a new board chairman, Ashley Bowen Cook — the first female to lead the aviation industry organization — when it hosts its 11th WAC Trophy Gala on Jan. 29, 2022. She succeeds John O’Leary, vice president and general manager of Airbus Americas Engineering, as chairman. As immediate past chairman, Mr. O’Leary will remain an active member of the WAC board and will serve as head of its Education Committee.

Cutter Aviation announces the purchase of GTU Jet FBO at Georgetown Municipal Airport (GTU) in Texas. The acquisition of GTU Jet follows the purchase of AeroJet in Dec. 2021, increasing the company’s footprint in Georgetown Executive Airport to 152,000 square feet of hangar space for based clients and transient traffic and 34,588 square feet of FBO and office space, including conference rooms, pilot lounge with snooze room, flight-planning area, crew car and concierge service.
