StandardAero announces that it has acquired Western Jet Aviation, an independently owned business-jet maintenance company specializing in Gulfstream aircraft. The company is located at the Van Nuys, CA, airport, one of the busiest business-aviation airports in the world, with an additional facility located at the Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport in Florida. Western Jet Aviation represents StandardAero’s 12th acquisition since 2015 and marks the first acquisition by StandardAero that focuses on airframe/non-engine work in recent history.

NAASCO, the developer of the ETR-20™ and ETR-25™ Mercury Mod™ starter-generator improvement program, is running a special LED and HID lighting promotion. For every $500 spent on LED and HID lighting, a $100 credit will be applied to the customer's next starter-generator overhaul(s). The promotion applies to any of NAASCO's Whelen (WAT) lighting products, and there are no caps to the program.
