Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. held a signing ceremony on April 15 with Minsheng Financial Leasing Co. Ltd. at the Asian Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition. The ceremony recognized Minsheng’s order for 60 Gulfstream aircraft, which was signed in the fourth quarter of 2013.

The country of registry controls the maintenance of the aircraft. This seems like pretty basic stuff. Unfortunately, the international aspects of the aviation maintenance industry can create unnecessary costs without a corresponding safety improvement.
