C&L announces a new $3 million expansion to its facility in Bangor. Cessna Aircraft Company, a subsidiary of Textron Aviation Inc., a Textron Inc. (NYSE:TXT) company, debuts the Cessna Turbo Stationair HD, the company’s enhanced version of its Cessna Turbo Stationair T206H single-engine piston aircraft, at Experimental Aircraft Association's (EAA) AirVenture. The Cessna Turbo Stationair HD is now available to customers and features a gross weight increase of 189 pounds, giving the aircraft a maximum useful load of 1,470 pounds in its standard configuration with six seats, or an impressive 1,623 pounds in a rugged utility configuration.

West Star Aviation announces that Mexico's Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil has renewed East Alton's (ALN) certificate through 2018. The certificate allows West Star to offer full service to Mexican registered aircraft (XA, XB and XC).
