Job Title: Quality InspectorJob DescriptionAs a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing new and reworked tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures to ensure they conform to specifications. This includes verifying dimensions and tolerances by applying your knowledge of tools such as calipers, height gauges, testing equipment, and other general hand tools.Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections and tests on new and reworked tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
  • Ensure conformance to specifications including dimensions and tolerances.
  • Utilize tools such as calipers, height gauges, and micrometers for precise measurements.
  • Perform visual inspections and quality checks.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and GD T standards.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in visual inspection and quality control.
  • Experience with calipers, micrometers, and blueprint reading.
  • Knowledge of GD T is a plus.

Additional Skills Qualifications

  • Experience in using inspection tools and equipment.
  • Willingness to learn how to use the FARO ARM machine.

The dress code is business casual. Training will take place on the first shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM for two weeks up to a month, after which you will transition to the second shift from 3:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for overtime and work on Saturdays.
