Red Sea Airlines Expands Participation in Fokker Services Group’s Boeing 737NG Nose-to-Tail Program

Fokker Services Group (FSG), a global provider in aircraft maintenance, modifications, completions and conversions, and Red Sea Airlines, an Egyptian carrier operating both scheduled and charter flights, announce the expansion of Red Sea Airlines’ participation in FSG’s Boeing 737NG nose-to-tail program. With the addition of two more Boeing 737-800 aircraft, Red Sea Airlines has now grown its participation in the program by 100%, compared to the original scope signed in October 2024.
As part of this program, FSG will continue servicing a broad range of components — including IDGs, engine accessories, hydraulic actuators, valves, cockpit controls, instruments and more — while advancing key investments in inventory to support its expanding Boeing 737NG nose-to-tail offering, which now serves an increasing number of legacy Boeing operators.
Hazem Soltan, technical services and contract manager at Red Sea Airlines, says, “When we launched the initial phase of this program, we had high expectations, and FSG delivered. Their reliability and flexibility have been key in ensuring component availability for our high-utilization business model. This early success gave us the confidence to double down on our commitment within just six months. We see FSG as a long-term partner, and we expect this program to keep growing alongside our ambitious fleet expansion in the years ahead.”
Leon Kouters, vice president of Sales and Marketing at FSG, adds, “The impressive pace and scale of Red Sea Airlines’ fleet growth in such a short timeframe is truly commendable. We are proud to play a role in supporting their high-utilization operational model as a trusted partner.”
