Summary: Seeking an RS Avionics Installer I to assist in installations, modifications, and maintenance of electrical components in aircraft.Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • General knowledge of regulatory requirements and customer specifications
  • Proficiency in using a multimeter
  • Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and schematic diagrams

Preferred Skills:

  • Six months accredited schooling in aviation electronics or general electrical experience
  • Technical Certificate in aircraft electrical assembly or completion of youth apprenticeship program

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in installations, modifications, and fabrication of wiring and electrical components
  • Complete tasks within allotted time frame
  • Maintain required logs and records
  • Comply with safety regulations and company programs
  • Care for shop equipment and tools as assigned
