Structures MechanicJob DescriptionJoin our team as a Structures Mechanic, where you will play a crucial role in multiple ongoing projects. You will work closely with lead hands and prioritize tasks based on the schedules set by AME M or E. Your creativity will be essential as you contribute to concept design discussions and fabricate parts without pre-existing drawings. This role involves finishing instrument panels, mounting equipment, installing antennas, and performing paint touch-ups. You will also assist the avionics team with aluminum and composite tasks.Responsibilities

• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities.
• Collaborate with lead hands and follow AME M or E schedules.
• Finish instrument panels and mount various equipment.
• Install and build antennas.
• Perform paint touch-ups on aircraft structures.
• Engage in concept design discussions and apply creative solutions.
• Fabricate parts from scratch without pre-existing drawings 80 of the time.
• Assist the avionics team with aluminum and composite tasks.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience in aircraft structures.
• 3 years of experience in avionics support, including modifying instrument panels and components.
• Licensed AME - S.
• 3-5 years of experience with composites.
• Troubleshooting and fabrication skills.
