Job Title: Aircraft Structures/Sheet Metal TechnicianJob DescriptionJoin a dedicated team of Structures Technicians tasked with performing modifications and installations on UH-60 aircraft as part of a Foreign Military Sales government program. This role involves working on autopilot systems and glass cockpits, with the potential for long-term contracts and possible conversion to a direct position.Responsibilities
- Perform modifications and installations on UH-60 aircraft.
- Work on autopilot systems and glass cockpits.
- Utilize sheet metal and airframe repair techniques.
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Ensure high-quality standards in aircraft modifications.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in aircraft structures.
- Proficiency in modification and installation processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Experience in sheet metal repair and aircraft modification.
Additional Skills Qualifications
- Experience with rotary wing aircraft preferred, though any platform experience with modification/installation is considered.
- Must have own tools or be willing to acquire them.
