The International Business Aviation Council (IBAC) welcomes two leading business-aviation operations to its Industry Partner Programme (IPP). Saxon Air and Sonoma Aviation now round out the IBAC partner community of 28 IPP members and 14 member associations.

IBAC renews its alliance with Carbon Trade eXchange (CTX) to provide a new transparent and efficient platform for business-aviation companies to voluntarily purchase carbon credits to offset their CO2 emissions as part of an overall sustainability plan. The International Business Aviation Council (IBAC) and Aviation Safety Solutions launch a new online educational offering, the International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO) Protocol Standardization (IPS) course. The new program is designed for business-aircraft operators, safety managers and auditors seeking knowledge of the IS-BAO protocols via a user-friendly, self-paced format.

The International Business Aviation Council (IBAC) appoints veteran Leo Knaapen as head of the IBAC Industry Partner Programme. Knaapen joined IBAC following his retirement from Bombardier in December 2022, where he was chief of Industry Affairs.
