National Business Aviation Association

Addressing the confusion about the process of exporting aircraft and the requirements for making the necessary Electronic Export Information (EEI) filings, the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) Tax Committee and Regulatory Issues Advisory Group join forces to create a new, members-only resource, “Guide on Exporting Aircraft from the United States.”

The National Business Aviation Association (NBAA), founded this week in 1947, begins celebrating its 75th anniversary as the leading advocate for business aviation with a series of initiatives designed not only to recognize the milestones marking the industry’s pioneering spirit but to inspire the next generation of leaders to be a part of the business-aviation community.

In a statement submitted at a hearing of the Aviation Subcommittee of the U.S. House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) reaffirms the critical need for greater collaboration between government agencies to properly address aviation safety concerns stemming from the rollout of new 5G wireless telecommunications networks.

The National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) and several other industry groups urged the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to take action regarding Santa Clara County’s rushed decision to ban the sale of 100LL as of Jan. 1, 2022.

Business-aviation leaders pledge to achieve net-zero CO2 emissions by 2050 as they expand on a set of bold climate commitments made a decade ago, marking the latest in a string of new sustainability announcements at their main event of the year.
