Cutter Aviation breaks ground on its $12 million hangar complex at Phoenix Deer Valley Airport. Joining Will Cutter, president and CEO of Cutter Aviation, for the ceremony were Phoenix City Councilwoman Ann O’Brien and United States Senator Kyrsten Sinema, along with various invited guests, airport officials and media.
