Textron Aviation Announces New SustainableAdvantage Carbon Offset Program for Cessna, Beechcraft and Hawker Owners

Textron Aviation announces a new ProAdvantage program, SustainableAdvantage℠, to provide owners with an additional option for reducing their carbon dioxide emissions from operating aircraft. In collaboration with 4AIR, the program is set to launch in January 2024 and is available to eligible customers who own and operate Cessna, Beechcraft and Hawker turbine aircraft worldwide.

Textron Aviation announces an upgrade for its Beechcraft King Air 260 and 360 turboprops with the introduction of new CoolView® Windows, designed to minimize heat transfer into the cabin on the ramp and offer an unprecedented level of passenger comfort and cabin cooling. Beginning in early 2024, all new King Air aircraft will be first in the category to be equipped with CoolView Windows, manufactured by Lee Aerospace.

Textron Aviation announces it has been awarded a contract by AvMet International, LLC (AvMet), based in Fargo, ND, for one Beechcraft King Air 360CHW (cargo door, heavy weight) and four Beechcraft King Air 260 aircraft. The Beechcraft King Air fleet will support the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s National Center for Meteorology program for cloud seeding.

Textron Aviation announces it has been awarded the Multi-Engine Training System (METS) contract by Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) through a full and open competition. The contract award is for up to 64 King Air 260 aircraft, which will be known as the T-54A.

SKYTRAC Systems Ltd. Textron Aviation announces it has entered into a purchase agreement with Exclusive Jets, LLC, operating as flyExclusive, for up to 30 Cessna Citation CJ3+ jets. flyExclusive, a provider of premium private-jet charter experiences, expects to take delivery of five aircraft in 2023, with the option to purchase additional aircraft for deliveries through 2025.
