Rolls-Royce’s MRO Facility in Dahlewitz, Germany, Receives First Trent 1000 Engine as Capacity Ramps Up

Rolls-Royce (LSE: RR., ADR: RYCEY) announces the arrival of the first Trent 1000 engine scheduled for maintenance, repair and overall (MRO) at its facility in Dahlewitz, Germany. This important milestone follows the pledge to invest £55 million in assembly, test and shop-visit capacity in the UK and Germany, creating around 300 jobs. The commitment, made in March, addresses growing long-term demand for new civil large engines and improves customer aftermarket support services for the global fleet of Rolls-Royce Trent engines.
