Gulfstream Customer Support Promotes Juan Hernandez to Vice President, Field Support

Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. announces the promotion of Juan Hernandez to vice president of field support. In this role, Hernandez is responsible for the strategic and tactical direction of Gulfstream's worldwide field-support activities, including the global call center, customer operational readiness, contractor logistics support services and the field-service representative (FSR) network. He reports to Lor Izzard, who was recently named senior vice president of Gulfstream Customer Support.
