Brian Rohloff assumes the role of president and CEO at Textron Aviation, bringing with him 29 years of experience across the company. Rohloff most recently served as the leader of the company's broad Global Customer Support organization, with additional roles that span manufacturing, parts, sales and finance, giving him a broad perspective on the people, products and customer relationships that define Textron Aviation.

Textron Aviation announces that it is bringing a comprehensive lineup of its industry-leading products to the 2025 Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) AirVenture fly-in in Oshkosh, WI, from Mon., July 21 to Sun., July 27. The static display at Whitman Regional Airport will be the largest the company has ever included at EAA and the largest static display of any original equipment manufacturer (OEM) at this year’s show. 

Textron Aviation's Mesa Service Center is celebrating 15 years of serving Cessna, Beechcraft and Hawker customers in Arizona and beyond. Situated at Phoenix Gateway Airport, the service center offers a full range of services, including maintenance, modifications and interior upgrades to customers in the southwestern region.

Textron Aviation announces the delivery of the first Cessna SkyCourier twin-engine utility turboprop equipped with a Combi interior conversion option. The aircraft was delivered to Everts Air, an Alaskan-based Part 135 operator serving passenger, cargo and charter needs throughout Alaska. Everts also operates Part 121, providing cargo and on-demand charter throughout North, Central and South America, as well as the Caribbean Islands.

Textron Aviation announces a new ProAdvantage program, SustainableAdvantage℠, to provide owners with an additional option for reducing their carbon dioxide emissions from operating aircraft. In collaboration with 4AIR, the program is set to launch in January 2024 and is available to eligible customers who own and operate Cessna, Beechcraft and Hawker turbine aircraft worldwide.

Textron Aviation announces an upgrade for its Beechcraft King Air 260 and 360 turboprops with the introduction of new CoolView® Windows, designed to minimize heat transfer into the cabin on the ramp and offer an unprecedented level of passenger comfort and cabin cooling. Beginning in early 2024, all new King Air aircraft will be first in the category to be equipped with CoolView Windows, manufactured by Lee Aerospace.

Textron Aviation announces it has been awarded a contract by AvMet International, LLC (AvMet), based in Fargo, ND, for one Beechcraft King Air 360CHW (cargo door, heavy weight) and four Beechcraft King Air 260 aircraft. The Beechcraft King Air fleet will support the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s National Center for Meteorology program for cloud seeding.

Textron Aviation announces the next phase in its ongoing commitment to workforce development and growing world-class talent: its state-of-the-art Hiring and Learning Center. Intentionally designed for the diverse skill development and training needs of its current and future workforce, the more than 100,000-square-foot facility will be located on Textron Aviation’s East Wichita Campus and serve as the centralized hub for the company’s hiring, training and talent development initiatives.

Textron Aviation announces it has been awarded the Multi-Engine Training System (METS) contract by Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) through a full and open competition. The contract award is for up to 64 King Air 260 aircraft, which will be known as the T-54A.
