West Star Aviation Continues Advanced Safety Initiatives

West Star Aviation completes its latest safety update at the Grand Junction, CO (GJT), facility with a fully integrated fall-protection system. As the company-wide initiative continues, all four of the full-service locations will be at 90% completion by the end of 2019 and 100% complete by the close of 2020.

In addition to the safety initiatives being implemented company-wide, the Grand Junction, Aspen and Denver facilities have been awarded a Cost Containment Certificate for the fifth year in a row by the state of Colorado, based on their impeccable safety records.

"We are proud to be awarded this certificate another year. We continue to work diligently to improve our safety standards at every opportunity," says Kraig Meyer, director of EHS.
