West Star Aviation Installs Winglet Technology Transitional Winglets on Citation 680 Aircraft

West Star Aviation announces it has completed an installation of Winglet Technology Transitional Winglets on a Cessna Citation 680 Sovereign aircraft at its Grand Junction, CO, facility. The Transitional Winglets were designed to provide Citation Sovereign owners increased aerodynamic performance across a broad range of Mach numbers and operating conditions.

In addition, the winglets offer performance improvements to Citation Sovereign aircraft including:

  • increased speed at high altitude
  • increased certified weight
  • reduced climb time
  • higher initial flight levels
  • increased range and payload capability.
