West Star Aviation Promotes Two New Team Lead Techs, Goodman and Haeberle (ALN)

West Star Aviation announces the promotion of two new team lead technicians, Mark Goodman and Scott Haeberle, at its East Alton, IL (ALN), facility. Goodman will be in the Challenger department and is the team lead for the Bombardier sheet metal team. Haeberle will be with the Bombardier department and is the team lead for the Bombardier interior team.

Goodman has been with West Star since 2011, previously working at Midcoast as an A&P mechanic. He will be responsible for major structure projects.

“Mark is an integral part of the success and growth of the Bombardier program. His knowledge of the structural repair of aircraft is known industry-wide,” says George Laiten, program director, Bombardier (ALN). 

Haeberle started with West Star in 2017, previously working for Jet Aviation as a lead interior technician. He has more than 14 years of interior maintenance and modifications on Bombardier aircraft. He is responsible for all Bombardier interior removal and installations, including support for interior and avionics upgrade projects.

“Scott is a very hard-working and customer-focused individual. His knowledge of Bombardier interiors is an important part to overall customer satisfaction,” says Laiten.
