West Star Aviation Welcomes Josh Perkins as New Director of Enterprise Quality Control (GJT)

West Star Aviation announces Josh Perkins as the new director of quality control for its Enterprise segment. Perkins will oversee the four main full-service facilities in East Alton, IL (ALN); Grand Junction, CO (GJT); Chattanooga, TN (CHA); and Perryville, MO (PCD), being based at the GJT location.

Perkins previously worked for PHI Aviation, overseeing the maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) business as the director of maintenance and accountable manager. Prior to that, he led quality at Standard Aero, AeroTurbine and Frontier Airlines. He has held roles as FAA Part 119 director of quality, Part 145 accountable manager, as well as being a member of safety and regulatory panels at each company (ASAP, CASS, MRB and SMS programs).
