We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician to join our A Shift team (Mon - Thurs 5:00a - 3:30p) in building launch vehicles, spacecraft, and launch facility systems. In this role, you will assemble structural, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components, support hardware testing, and collaborate with engineers to improve designs for ease of assembly. Ideal candidates have 3-5+ years of precision assembly experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Familiarity with aerospace standards, pressurized systems, and 3D measurement tools is a plus.
