Aero Star Aviation Continues Aggressive Growth at Dallas Love Field (DAL)

Aero Star Aviation continues its exponential growth at Dallas Love Field (DAL) by securing an additional 30,000 square feet of hangar space and 22,000 square feet of office/shop space via a long-term lease agreement. The additional hangar and shop space is currently being refurbished and modernized to better reflect Aero Star’s standard of service and capabilities and will be in operation in the first quarter of 2025.

The additional space will increase the current facility footprint to more than 82,000 square feet of usable hangar space and 48,000 square feet of shop/office space, making Aero Star one of the largest independent Embraer-focused maintenance management facilities in the region.

Along with the recent facility expansion, Aero Star has increased its labor force by 20% since the beginning of 2024, demonstrating the company’s dedication to customer service and its ability to adapt to the demand for high-quality maintenance services in the region.
