Aero Star Aviation, a provider in maintenance and management for the Embraer 100 and 300 series and Praetor 500 and 600 aircraft, announces the expansion of its service offerings to include Citation 560XL and Latitude airframes for maintenance and support. This new capability represents a strategic step forward for Aero Star Aviation as it continues to meet growing customer demand for high-quality, reliable maintenance solutions across a broader range of business-aircraft platforms.

Aero Star Aviation, an Embraer maintenance provider, launches a new AI-powered virtual assistant to enhance the overall customer experience and reduce maintenance downtime. The new AI virtual assistant, Ava, has been implemented to streamline the technician’s troubleshooting process.

Aero Star Aviation continues its exponential growth at Dallas Love Field (DAL) by securing an additional 30,000 square feet of hangar space and 22,000 square feet of office/shop space via a long-term lease agreement. The additional hangar and shop space is currently being refurbished and modernized to better reflect Aero Star’s standard of service and capabilities and will be in operation in the first quarter of 2025.
