Aircraft Maintenance Tech II A &P in GAC SavannahUnique Skills:Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing aircraft mechanical, electrical, and avionics systems in compliance with FAA and company standards. Experienced in using technical manuals and diagnostic tools, maintaining accurate documentation, and applying Lean and 6S practices to keep workspaces organized. Proficient in operating ground support equipment and coordinating aircraft movement. Eligible for DoD SkillBridge, supporting a smooth transition into civilian aviation maintenance roles. Education and Experience RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED required. 2 years aviation maintenance experience (avionics, electrical, and/or mechanical). A &P (FAA Airframe and Powerplant) license required. Valid Drivers License required. Position Purpose:Perform various technical functions of aircraft maintenance, repair, replacement, and modification of key aircraft components to ensure proper operation.
