Job Title: A P MechanicJob DescriptionAs an A P Mechanic, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of Cessna 172 and 177 aircraft. This will involve a wide range of tasks from working on airframe, powerplant, and potentially some avionics equipment to landing gears and wheels. You will be expected to use our internal computer system to track and log your work. The role requires working independently most of the time, including being the only person in the hangar for certain jobs. You will be expected to troubleshoot and identify issues with minimal guidance. Additionally, you may be required to perform some annual inspection work, or assist with it.Hard Skills

  • FAA A P License
  • General aviation is preferred
  • Experience with Cessna 172 and 177 aircraft maintenance preferred but not required
  • Ability to use internal computer system for tracking and logging work
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Tools required

Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in South Saint Paul, Minnesota.Work EnvironmentThe work schedule is from Monday to Thursday, 7 AM to 4:30 PM with some as needed opportunity to work Fridays/Saturdays to accommodate busy periods. The work location is a small hangar at the South St. Paul airport.
