Aviation Structures Mechanic

Job DescriptionWe are seeking skilled Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanics to work on modifying brand new Boeing 737 BBJs and Airbus A220 ACJs customizations directly from the factory. The role involves sheet metal assembly, installations, and modifications on aircraft structures.Responsibilities

• Perform sheet metal assembly, installation, and modifications on aircraft.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to complete projects on time.
• Maintain and inventory personal tools, ensuring they are etched for identification.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards during all phases of work.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Aircraft Sheet Metal/Structures.
• Proficiency in sheet metal assembly, installation, and modification.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience with Boeing and Airbus aircraft preferred.
• Willingness to work 5+ hours of overtime weekly.

Additional Skills Qualifications

• Experience with commercial aircraft, regional jets, helicopters, and corporate jets.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Open to working on both 1st and 2nd shifts.
