Job Description *Ensures that the infrastructure supporting NTC Instrumentation Network, including IP television, and video networks operates efficiently and reliably.*Employs a blend of technical expertise and precision to troubleshoot issues and conducts regular system tests to provide seamless flow of digital communications network.*Utilize specialized equipment to identify faults, measure loss, and verify the integrity of fiber optic links.*Perform regular maintenance on fiber optic systems.*Implements and removes circuit requests based on rotational need.*Supports fiber optic connectivity to fiber popups, remote sites, MAAR, MVU vans and Operations Group Buildings throughout cantonment and the range. FAN site sustainment and maintenance for fiber optic and power generation components.*Removes and replaces FAN site generators and components as required.*Sustains, maintains and provides preventative maintenance for generator engines.*May be required to obtain a Secret Level DOD Clearance.
