Aeroparts Manufacturing Repair, an aviation restoration, repair, and manufacturing company based in Rio Rancho NM, is seeking Fiberglass Technicians to add to our growing team!
The biggest brands in aviation turn to AeroParts for critical component repair, fabrication, and replacement parts to keep their fleets flying in top condition. AeroParts has the people, processes, and proprietary solutions to restore aircraft components to OEM and better-than-OEM performance. We handle everything from custom sheet metal manufacturing to aircraft duct repair and to reconditioning the complex components of the fuel tank inerting systems, often at a fraction of the cost of new components.

Requirements: 
  • Use of fiberglass or carbon fiber cloth and compatible resins/hardeners preferred
  • Hand lay-up of composite materials (Wet Prepreg)
  • Vacuum bagging process and procedures
  • Perform hand-finishing operations on patterns and molds
  • Use a variety of hand tools in cutting, grinding, fitting, and assembling
  • Adhesive bonding applications
  • Performing quality checks
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Measurement competencies
  • Demonstrate hands-on fabrication skills
