Job Title: Interior Technician. Must be eligible for a Boeing badge. Job DescriptionAs an Interior Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and replacing bulkheads, seats, sidewalls, galley and lavatory items, overhead baggage, and more. You will work as part of an onsite services team, supporting various installations and repairs of interior products. This role requires mechanical inclination, proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to read blueprints and follow complex instructions.Responsibilities

  • Repair and replace interior components such as bulkheads, seats, and sidewalls.
  • Support installations and repairs for interior products.
  • Collaborate with the site lead, supplier representatives, and OEM personnel to install and troubleshoot issues.
  • Utilize hand and power tools effectively.
  • Read and interpret blueprints accurately.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in aviation - military, Boeing, or complex aerospace assembly.
  • Proficiency with basic hand tools.
  • Ability to read Boeing prints is preferred.

The schedule is set for the 1st shift from 0600 to 1430, with frequent overtime of around 10 hours per week or more. You will work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed to meet deadlines. Initially, you will start with a temporary badge until a full Boeing badge is processed.Job Type LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Renton, Washington.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
